Reservations
If you would like to make an online reservation to park your vehicle at Reagan National Airport, please follow and complete the online reservation process through the link above. Once your online reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided. Your confirmation e-mail will include a reservation reference which you need to provide should you need to contact the airport for assistance. Please confirm the reservation.
Change to the Reservation Period
If you arrive more than 2 hours before your reservation begins, your reservation will not be active.
Your vehicle may remain parked in the facility after the end of the reservation, however you will be charged at the drive-up rate for the time you stay beyond your reservation exit date and time. You will need to pay for the additional time at exit.
Cancelling or Amending a Reservation
You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time up to 1 hour from the start of the reservation without charge.
Credit Card Payment Terms
You can pay for your reservation by using any of the accepted credit cards. Instructions are shown on the reservation website.
Refunds
Refunds are made at the discretion of the airport and will be credited back to the credit card used in the reservation. See contact information below.
Parking
Your reservation is valid only for the parking facility for which you have paid – you will not gain access under the reservation at an incorrect parking facility. If you enter a different facility from the one you have booked, or you enter the facility using a different vehicle from that stated on your reservation you will incur a charge for your length of stay in that facility at the rate specified for that location. If you enter the facility using a different vehicle to that specified in the reservation, or if you park in a facility different from that which you have reserved, any refunds will be made entirely at the discretion of the Airport.
Consent to Use of Your Email Information by the Airports Authority
Your participation in this ePark Program authorizes the Airports Authority to use your email address to forward information about other business opportunities offered by the Airports Authority to its airport passengers. You may opt out by selecting "unsubscribe" in any emails that you receive from the Airports Authority.
Modification:
The Airports Authority reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes may include, without limitation, a change in any existing fees or the imposition of new fees. You will be bound by any revised Terms and Conditions posted on the website at the time that your reservation is made.
