Event and Meeting Space Available in Terminal 1

Looking for a convenient place to conduct a business meeting or an event? Look no further. Historic Terminal 1 at Reagan National Airport offers meeting and event space for rent. You can choose conference rooms for your business meetings or the expansive Historic Lobby with extensive views of the airfield, for your corporate or private events.

Conference Rooms

• We have two conference rooms which can be rented separately or combined. One room accommodates up to 35 occupants. Both rooms combined accommodates up to 70 occupants.
• The rooms may be rented Monday through Friday (8:00am-5:00pm).
• A separate kitchen area is available in one of the conference rooms and both spaces are equipped with a 70” LCD monitor.
• Free Wi-Fi accessible.
• The price for each conference room is $200 per hour per room or $400 per hour for both rooms.  The daily rate is $1,000 per room or $2,000 for both rooms. Monday through Friday (8:00am-5:00pm).

Historic Lobby

• For a unique venue experience, the original Terminal 1 Historic lobby at Reagan National is also available to rent for your corporate or private events.
• The historic Terminal 1 lobby features one-of-a-kind views of the airfield and Washington DC, located across the Potomac River.
• The historic lobby offers the flexibility for a variety of seating configurations tailored to suit your needs.
• Free Wi-Fi accessible.
• The cost to lease the Historic Lobby is $7,000. 7:00am-11:59pm; event must be over by 11:59pm - including clean up.
• Reservations are accepted one year in advance only.
• Reservations accepted until March 31, 2026 – the Lobby will not be available from April through December 2026.
