At a ribbon-cutting on Monday, executives of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Capital One and the José Andrés Group and Fraport USA celebrated the opening of the Capital One Landing, a 5,500-square-foot airport experience in Terminal 2 at Reagan National Airport.
