Interested in having a formal place to welcome your group to Reagan National Airport?  The Airport can furnish up to two 6’ folding tables and up to four chairs, along with table cloths and skirting between doors 7 and 8 on the baggage claim level of Terminals B and C. There is a $250 charge per day.  Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis.  Only one reservation per day is allowed.  The space can be reserved by calling the Airport Manager's Office at 703-417-8003.
