Why we built a Chatbot powered by AI

We are exploring the use of AI tools to improve the passenger experience at our airports, in a convenient, efficient way.  Our new Chatbot feature allows the traveling public to access information about our airport in a more concise and conversational manner.

When you submit a question, the Chat Bot searches for relevant content exclusively within the airport website, www.flyreagan.com. When content is identified, we use an Artificial Intelligence program to generate a natural language response for a concise rely to the question. Since our tool only uses the content contained within the Reagan Airport webpage, there are some questions we won’t be able to answer, as they are not relevant to the airport experience.
