Ever misplace your parking ticket?

A husband and wife returned home to DCA from a trip to Chicago.  Hoping to save time,  the wife sent her husband to retrieve their vehicle from the Economy Lot while she waited for their luggage.  Once her husband got to the car, he texted her and asked her where the parking ticket was located.  Unfortunately, it was in the woman’s purse.  She quickly snapped a photo of the back of the ticket, texted back, and told him she was on her way to meet him.  In between carrying their belongings and maneuvering the shuttle bus, she misplaced her parking ticket before she made it to the lot.

The photo she sent, however, didn’t show the date/time stamp which was on the front of the ticket, not the back.  The couple could not get out of the lot.  Thankfully, Mr. Lobe Martin came to the rescue by calmly taking them to the side and tracking the entry of their vehicle into the lot.  The couple was charged their correct amount without their ticket and was let out of the lot without much delay.  The customers later found the ticket in their pocket.  The customers noted, “ He is an exceptional employee who went the extra mile for us.” Thank you Lobe Martin for your kind and professional service.”
