• The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority operates Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport station (blue/yellow lines). It is connected to the concourse level of Terminal 2. The Metrorail system provides easy and affordable access to locations throughout Washington, Virginia and Maryland.
   
• Ridesharing services such as Lyft and Uber are available at the airport. They are located on the arrivals level at DCA.  

• Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international flight. 
   
• Do not attempt to bring a firearm or ammunition through a TSA checkpoint. Doing so slows the screening lines and compromises the safety and security of other passengers and the officers in the checkpoint.
