A passenger traveling through DCA observed a magnet that she thought was perfect to join her collection.  Unfortunately she was concerned about making her flight and so she didn't stop to buy it.  Upon getting home, the passenger decided to call the airport.  Thankfully, she got Joy Mallek, Marketplace Development.  Joy not only provided the customer with the store phone numbers, but she went into the airport and located the exact magnet from the customer's description.  She then sent the passenger an email picture to confirm it was the right one.  She even offered to send the magnet to the her.  The customer was thrilled to add the magnet to her collection.  Thanks for going the extra mile Joy!
